FAQ’s

  • Masks are still mandatory to be worn for the duration of your appointment.

    Please be considerate of my time and the next client after you time. I know things happen, a 9 minute grace period is acceptable for emergencies.

    Past the 10 mins and there will be a $10 fee added.

    After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will be charged.

    After 20 minutes, a $25 late fee will be charged.

    If you are past 25 mins late, I will have to cancel your appointment and

    you will owe 100% of the service (if you only paid a deposit)

    or

    if you paid in full, you have the option to pay a rescheduling fee of $25 ONCE.

    After that, if you miss your rescheduling appointment then you’ll have to rebook.

    If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let me know 24 hours in advance.

    No call/no show= Won’t be able to book with me again.

    NO KIDS / EXTRA GUEST

    If you bring an extra guest, there will be an extra fee of $10 unless they are getting a service done by me as well. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    Must have great manners, any form of disrespect will have you banned from booking with me again. Let’s be nice to one another.

    A confirmation with the exact address will be sent a day before your scheduled appointment.

    Any squeeze in’s will be a $25 fee on top of whatever service you want.

  • -Avoid touching/rubbing your eyes straight after the tint application.

    -No swimming/saunas/sun-beds for 24 hours

    -Oil based makeup remover can cause the tint to fade faster

    -Sun/UV lights can cause the tint to fade faster

    -Avoid eye makeup for 12 hours.

    -Can get the treatment done again after 2-4 weeks depending on the rate of growth of hairs

  • -Do not rub the area treated

    -Avoid heat treatments for 24 hours

    -Do not apply brow make-up for at least 24 hours after your treatment

    -Avoid sunbathing for 24 hours, as this can cause the tint to fade

    -Avoid swimming/saunas for at least 24 hours after your treatment

    -Avoid perfumed products for at least 24 hours after your treatment

    -Please note that oil-based makeup remover can cause the tint to fade quicker

    -Exposure to the sun/UV lights for long periods can cause the tint to fade quicker

  • -Do NOT wet your brows within the first 24 hours. Avoid steam from saunas and baths, exercise, or any activity that’ll make you sweat.

    -Do not apply makeup or receive any treatments around the brow area within the first 24 hours (facial treatments included)

    -It is recommended to use a brow conditioner or castor oil to nourish, strengthening, and protect your brow hairs

    -Avoid rubbing or excessive touching of the brows. It can cause the hairs to fall off!

    -Avoid sleeping on your front within the first 24-48 hours.

    -After the first 24 hours, you can continue living your best life with your NEW brows! Remember, brow lamination is low maintenance so there’s not much you need to do except to not forget to condition your brows for the best results! They will look absolutely beautiful but how you take care of them will be completely UP to you!
